At this point, I don’t have any plans to re-release the fabric on Spoonflower again. However, since I’ve worked things out with a manufacturer, it will definitely be re-released in dress form in future!

In addition to the new dresses coming soon, we at Rouge Aerie Designs would like to announce a shoe collaboration with Australian lolita boutique, One Day In Paradise! The details are still under wraps as we complete our prototypes of the first design, but here’s a little teaser to whet your appetite!

With the new manufacturing situation, I’ll no longer be able to sell on Etsy as per their requirements. When the new selling situation is confirmed (and when I post about the first round of reservations), I’ll be sure to include the details on Facebook, Twitter and here as well!

Someone just asked about the sizes for the new designs…

I tried to make the answer public, but it didn’t work out so well. In any case, the size chart will be made up once the final samples come back from the manufacturer. They will be slightly different from what I was working with before, but each will be listed with full body measurements. There will also now be a wider range of sizes than I was capable of producing in the past.

I mentioned recently that I would have an announcement to make in regards to a secret project. The truth is, this is the culmination of roughly two months of hard work. When the final version is released, it will have a (top secret!) custom print included, like our other designs.

Now to get to the important part of this update: this dress represents a prototype which is about to be packed up and sent off to our new manufacturer.

And yes, you read that right. Rouge Aerie Designs has been working these last two months on a deal with a manufacturer. The details of the agreement (and the details of this design) will be released in the near future. For now, you just get a little teaser. ;)

I know everyone has been really eager to hear what’s up these days, so here’s a little Valentine’s Treat from Rouge Aerie to you! The Mermaids’ Treasure design is still being revamped and I have a new, super special project in the works. If all goes well, I’ll be sharing photos with you very, very soon!
